Tricover FX
Fully automatic production line. It takes <35s. to wrap a mattress. The cover is closed with a longitudinal beam. Mattresses and toppers of different sizes can be covered subsequently without changing the machine settings. This horizontal machine is suitable for all types of foam cores.
It is interoperable with any transport units ex. KSM.
Heynen Systems B.V. supplies the entire automated system, comprising: the Tricover FX machine and the interliner packed in a patented FloWW method for best use.
