Tricover FX
Fully automatic production line. It takes <35s. to wrap a mattress in the interliner. The cover is closed with a longitudinal beam. Mattresses and toppers of different sizes can be covered aotomatically without changing the machine settings. This horizontal machine (3650 x 6500 x 2150 mm, 2260 kg) is suitable for all types of foam cores.
It is interoperable with any transport units ex. KSM.
